Return Policy
Personalized Items
All sales of personalized merchandise are final. If your product is defective, we reserve the right to replace or refund at our discretion. If your order has defects or damages, please notify us via email within 7 days.
Blank Items – Refunds & Exchanges
For non-personalized items you wish to return or exchange, You need to contact us by email within 30 days. For all items that are returned within the eligible refund period, you will be charged a 20% restock fee, and you are responsible for return postage. For exchanges, you are also responsible for postage back to you. If your original order was shipped with free shipping, you will also be responsible for the portion of the postage we covered on that order, which will be deducted from your refund or invoiced prior to shipping your exchange. You will be emailed a statement with refund deductions within 2 business days of receipt back in our warehouse. If items or packaging is damaged, dirty, torn, or otherwise not in the condition we shipped it in, there will be an additional fee, or we may reject the request, depending on the condition of the return.
Exchanges ship out within 2 business days of receipt in our warehouse. For fastest service, we recommend purchasing the new item and submitting a return/refund request for the original order.
